Biography
Patrick's practice focuses on defending first- and third-party automobile cases. After serving for over 17 years as an Associate Counsel and Senior Associate Counsel for the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission and 8 years as an adjunct instructor in Professional Responsibility and Prosecutorial Ethics at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Patrick has worked extensively for different automobile insurers defending them or their insureds in litigation across Michigan. His auto practice includes analysis of pre-litigation claims, discovery, preparing and successfully arguing motions for summary disposition, and litigating cases.
