Lauren C. Alshab

Lauren Alshab is an associate attorney at Brown Borkowski & Morrow, where she focuses on business and corporate law.

Her practice includes a range of corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, commercial and business transactions, and entity formation and structuring. She also handles real estate matters involving commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, leasing, and property development.

Lauren earned her Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology, where she received a Certificate in Business Law and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in recognition of her legal writing. While in law school, she gained experience in federal and state tax compliance and controversy matters through the C-K Law Group Tax Clinic.
